投入官場難免有怨 林全:政府清算前朝政務官 – 風傳媒

民進黨總統蔡英文核心財經幕僚，新境界基金會執行長林全30日受訪時坦承，對曾投入官場，「不能說無怨無悔，心中很多怨的」。他在財政部長任內為國家服務這麼多，但感覺2008年之後「這個政府、司法界，是在對民進黨的很多政務官做政治清算。」林也直言，即便到現在，他對司法機關的公正性，當然仍是懷疑的。

林全上午接受媒體人周玉寇廣播訪問，林除強調，他個人對再任公職沒有興趣，也說明自己過去在扁朝為官後的感受。

林全受訪時替部分扁朝官員抱屈，如邱義仁，他也是堂堂前中華民國前副院長，被收押的理由合理嗎？還有前國科會副主委謝清志，是很好的學者，為何要被收押？而他自己做事向來嚴謹，但2008年後就曾以證人身分被特偵組找去，沒有10次，也有7、8次，且特偵組一開始對他，也是懷疑的。

林全透露，後來他告訴特偵組，到底對他懷疑多少？他自己花了兩個月，把全部案件寫給特偵組。

林全也表示，他對過去重用他的陳水扁，也有不滿意之處，「扁嫂等因為過去民意代表出身，尤其民進黨，就是跟金主往來，但這個習慣，作為總統，是不能夠再的。」但林也認為，扁有個好處，基本上他尊重政務官，「我做的決定，如二次金改，拒絕陳敏薰（陳一度欲當中華開發董座），我確實告訴扁這不能作，他雖然有些不高興，一兩個禮拜後，就算了。」

林全雖不滿過去扁朝前政務官遭政治清算，但也表示，他不同意民進黨明年一旦執政也如法炮製，因為冤冤相報，就完蛋了，「我不認為這是應該要做的，但應把司法機關匡正，也許這是應該努力的，但這當然不是一任總統可以做到的。」

此外，對新北市前副市長許志堅疑涉賄遭收押，林全說他心情上覺得很悲哀，因為還有公務員做這種事情。但很多人是習慣問題，壞習慣就一直有壞習慣，收錢是頭腦不清。
