抓貪官獎金放寬 不用百分百精確
廉政署為了擴大偵辦貪官的線索來源，計畫放寬檢舉獎勵標準，過去必須檢舉對象和涉案情節都正確，才發獎金，但未來包括對象正確、案情有誤，以及案外案的情形，都可以領得到獎金，最高100萬元。

最高檢查賄小組成立揭牌，迎戰2016年大選，檢察總長致詞時脫稿演出，不但說要提前防堵選舉賭盤的影響，還要各縣市政府嚴守行政中立。
檢察總長顏大和：「我們特別密切注意，各個選區是不是有利用行政資源，不法對於少數特定候選人，來進行輔選工作。」
法務部強調，這次查賄目標是查得深、辦得準，不過對於民眾檢舉貪污案的獎勵標準，就不必百分之百精確了，過去必須涉貪情節和收賄官員都舉證無誤，才領得到獎金，廉政署計畫放寬標準，即使案情不對，檢舉對象正確，就發獎金，甚至案情和對象都錯，但因為檢舉查出案外案，也會獎勵檢舉人，最高100萬元。
法務部長羅瑩雪：「過去有很多案例，檢舉人他所檢舉的事證，跟判刑的事情是無關的，那時候也是沒有獎，（所以這部分之後有可能從寬認定？），我想廉政署應該是這個意思。」
法務部長說，是否發放檢舉獎金，仍要視個案而定，貪官判得越重，獎金越多，以合宜宅弊案為例，前桃園縣副縣長葉世文一審判19年，只要判刑大於15年，就達到最高獎金區間，最低670萬，最高1000萬，曾自爆檢舉葉世文的潤泰總裁尹衍樑，就有權申請獎金，為了徹底肅貪，法務部有信心，重賞之下必有勇夫。（民視新聞劉松霖、劉毓琦台北市報導）
