抓娃娃機獎品刮刮樂彩券 警認定違管理條例

桃園巿中壢區一處店內娃娃機檯內獎品放置刮刮樂彩券，中壢警方調查後，認為業者涉及違反電子遊戲場業管理條例及公益彩券發行條例，依法究辦。（李明朝報導）

　中壢警方針對轄區一處店內擺放的娃娃機檯內獎品放置有刮刮樂彩券一事，警方經過調查，並向主管機關瞭解，警方人員表示，夾娃娃機是屬於電子遊戲機，民眾夾取刮刮樂彩券，透過店家或第三方兌換金錢涉及賭博行為，也涉及違反電子遊戲場業者管理條例。

　另外有關公益彩券必須取得經銷權才能經營，警方也認為業者違反公益彩券發行條例等規定，依法究辦。

　警方表示，涉及刑事部分會移送桃園地檢署偵辦，違反行政規定會函請桃園巿政府主管單位裁罰。
